The following machinery is available to the Buyer with the
“HIGHEST OFFER”
The “Highest Offer “will only be accepted from a Buyer with cash in hand. The Seller is only interested in offers from parties that have immediate funding available for a purchase of this size. Because of current market conditions, availability, and condition of the machinery, the Seller is expecting offers “at” or “near” new pricing of machinery with similar features. Any offer accepted in writing with a delay in payment from the Buyer will not be honored. Seller reserves the right to accept any offer of their choosing and within the Seller’s own time frame. Note: As a condition of the sale - Machinery is sold “AS IS, WHERE IS, and WITH ALL FAULTS” with no warranties. Seller will disassemble and load the machinery on the Buyer’s trucks. A Buyer’s Representative must be on-sight during disassembly and loading.
